Our hospital was primarily a pediatric hospital which has evolved over a period of 20 years into a multispecialty hospital to cater for people of all ages. Child care still remains the core service of the hospital and over the years in addition to general pediatric and neonatal care now we have Pediatric Sub specialties.

General pediatric services offers

Vaccination for healthy children for prevention of infectious diseases
Nutritional counseling for children with poor weight gain, over weight and obesity as well.
Management of Allergic respiratory disorders for children with recurrent or persistent cough, breathing difficulty and wheezing.
Evaluation and treatment of children with fever from a myriad of causes.
Care for children with developmental disabilities, learning disorders, behavioral disorder.

Pediatric Critical care

Children with life endangering illness like infections (severe dengue, complicated pneumonia, meningoencephalitis), coma, seizures, brain hemorrhage, respiratory failure, liver failure, renal failure, cardiac failure, burns, polytrauma are considered critically ill and need treatment in Intensive care unit.
Our 7 bed Pediatric intensive care unit for critically ill children has facilities for ventilation, central venous access, hemodialysis, plasmapheresis, invasive BP monitoring, ICP monitoring, EtCo2 monitoring, continuous EEG, functional echocardiographic hemodynamic assessment.
